For this final phase, they needed two bedrooms painted with matching woodwork finishes, plus wallpaper removal and repainting in the hall bathroom. The priority was consistency, cleanliness, and an organized process that respected the home and ensured every detail was completed correctly.

The Solution / Approach

To keep this final phase efficient and consistent with the previous work completed in the home, we used a dedicated project folder that documented the customer’s preferences, selections, and optional areas. This allowed our project lead to follow a detailed checklist and confirm each item was completed through the final day of the project.

Upstairs Bedroom

  • Wall Painting (2 coats)
  • Protect surrounding areas with drop cloths, plastic, paper, and tape
  • Patch minor holes and spot prime as needed
  • Apply 2 coats of Sherwin-Williams finish paint to walls
  • Clean up the area
  • Woodwork Painting
  • Scuff sand, clean, caulk, and spot prime as needed
  • Apply 1 coat of WhiteB1 semi-gloss finish paint to baseboards and door frames

Lower Level Bedroom

  • Wall Painting (2 coats)

  • Apply 2 coats of Sherwin-Williams finish paint to all walls
